As a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and the convenience of having a swimming pool right in front of our room. The location was also great, not far from the main road and within walking distance of beautiful beaches. The breakfast options were good, with a variety of fruits, yogurt, pancakes, and more. We also appreciated the option to self-cater in the well-equipped rooms.
Felt like family, no complaints at all.

The hotel was clean, as were the rooms. The staff was very friendly and they took care of everything (call a taxi, check the air conditioning system because it had failed once briefly). Pool was great and very clean, water was pleasantly warm. To the beach you walk 10 minutes along a street with Thai charm.
The railing on the terrace urgently needs to be renewed. With smaller children this is quite dangerous. The beds are really hard! Breakfast is not (!) European.

Extensive breakfast; very comfortable bed in a great and spacious room with a wonderful view. The infinity pool was right in front of us, the service staff was very competent and friendly. We felt very comfortable.
You can see that the building is getting a bit old. For the price (by Thai standards) you should also expect cleaner curtains and bed linen.

The apartments were beautiful, massive, and spotless. We received a complimentary upgrade to a two-story apartment with a hot tub and sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with nice restaurants and boutique shops nearby.
Everything is what I need and want.

Large room, many storage options. Great location on a slope with a beautiful view. Within walking distance of the main street in Surin, but this is anything but pedestrian-friendly
No restaurant or meals outside of breakfast. This was ok, but has potential. Сoffee that is cooked at 7.00 and then kept warm. It's easier to solve. A small drink or snack offer would also be a nice addition to the service.

Airport transfer did not work! The hotel's pretty run-down. The architecture is well done, but no investments for the preservation of the house are made. Bummer!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just on the street and near Surin beach. it is in the hills overlooking the entire Phuket island. Guests rave about the clean, modern, and cool Cozy Deluxe rooms with amazing sea and pool views. There is also a nice breakfast buffet available in the small restaurant beside the pool, and the staff are helpful and attentive to guests' requests. the pool is not crowded and there are sun beds right in the water for the ultimate relaxation experience.
The kitchenette in the Cozy Deluxe rooms is basic and lacking essential items like pots and pans.

The breakfast was, in our opinion, very good, the staff always friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious and tastefully furnished. The pool was located directly in front of the covered terrace and was in a very well-kept and good condition. Minor defects were eliminated immediately. The manager, a European, was always present and very committed. The Wlan worked perfectly. We would take this hotel again any time.

5 minutes walk to the beach along not very pedestrian friendly street.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is fantastic, situated on top of a super steep hill with magnificent views over Surin. There are plenty of eateries along the way, making it convenient for us to try different cuisines. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Some of the staff were like characters from Fawlty Towers. They realized, after one night, that they've given us the wrong suite, so suddenly we had to change rooms in 10 minutes. One day they just "forgot" to pick us up (from the beach) with the shuttle. The guy didn't even apologize. We preordered a taxi 24 hours in advance of our departure-but the guy in the lobby had forgotten to arrange that as well...so we (in a bit of a hurry on our way to the airport) asked him just to forget about the "not preordered taxi" and just call another one for us, he answered: we don't have the number to them...

The room was extremely nice! Also the design of the hotel as a whole.
WLAN in the room did not work & was not fixed even after I asked the staff to. Jacuzzi was not clean and the water was cold (also the fresh water); also, it was not as nicely decorated as on the pictures (pillows etc.) The breakfast could be a little more diverse (e.g. cheese, different tea flavours etc.)

I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket for a business trip and it blew my mind! The rooms were spacious and the view was breathtaking. The breakfasts they served were also top-notch, with a great variety of foods to suit everyone's tastes. the location of the hotel was just perfect, with a range of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
I must admit that the internet connection was not the best. It would often cut out, making it hard to get work done efficiently.

A wonderful design boutique hotel, just opened!
Taxi drivers do not find the place, and the phone was switched to a non answering extension; we eventually decided that we would prefer another beach, instead of Surin. But this does not really decrease the quality of the hotel, only the quality of the location.

The best thing about this hotel was the room, and nearby the beach(500 meters) and some restaurants.
There is no Jacuzzi! They call jacuzzi to a big whirlpool tub. It is not the same thing! Sometimes i arrived to the room and the whirpool tub was empty, and needed to do it myself and wait!?! The transfer can take you to some nearby beaches, but be careful with the driver because he may don't understand the time to pick you up, and you will be stranded (I did!). there is no restaurant, no room service, they just manage a reasonable breakfast, near the pool. The wifi network comes and goes, it's so instable that is hard to navigate, and even though i complainted several time and talked with an engineer (the receptionist could solve or explain the problem) it was never solved.
